Handicraft & Art Export
Export clearance for Bali’s renowned handicrafts, wood carvings, paintings, silver jewelry, and art pieces with proper documentation and packaging to prevent damage during international transit.

Bali Customs Clearance helps businesses export their products from Bali to markets worldwide. From traditional Balinese handicrafts and furniture to specialty foods and textiles, we manage the complete export process including PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) documentation, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificates, fumigation coordination, and compliance with destination country import requirements. Our export team understands both Indonesian export regulations and the import requirements of major destination markets including the USA, Australia, Europe, UK, Singapore, Japan, and the Middle East.
What We Offer
Our Workflow
Our export process starts with product classification and destination market analysis. We identify the correct HS codes, check for any Indonesian export restrictions, and verify the destination country’s import requirements. This dual-compliance approach prevents rejections at both ends of the supply chain.
We prepare and submit PEB declarations through CEISA, arrange certificate of origin (SKA) for preferential tariff rates under ASEAN, AANZFTA, or other free trade agreements, and coordinate any required inspections. For agricultural products, we manage phytosanitary certificates through the quarantine agency (Karantina) and arrange fumigation when required.
Our logistics team handles packing, crating, container loading, and shipping arrangements. We work with major shipping lines and airlines to secure competitive freight rates and reliable transit times. Full cargo insurance and real-time tracking keep you informed throughout the journey.
Common Questions
Most products can be exported including handicrafts, furniture, textiles, coffee, coconut products, spices, jewelry, and manufactured goods. Some items like certain antiques, wildlife products, and cultural heritage items may face export restrictions.
Most exports require a business license (NIB) and specific export permits depending on the product type. We can arrange undername export services if you don’t have your own export license.
Indonesia has FTAs with ASEAN, Australia-New Zealand (AANZFTA), Japan, Korea, and other countries. We obtain the appropriate Certificate of Origin (SKA) to ensure your buyers receive preferential tariff rates.
Wooden packaging must comply with ISPM 15 standards (heat treatment or fumigation). We coordinate fumigation services and provide the required marks and certificates for all wood packaging materials.
